Preamble

This document has been created to strengthen the already strong friendship between the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) and the Commonwealth of Sovereign Nations (CSN). With respect and admiration, the aforementioned parties do, by virtue of this document, stand together in mutual defence.

Article I- Sovereignty

Both signatories formally recognize the right of the other signatory to exclusively exercise authority in all aspects of its own internal domain. No action may be taken to undermine the sovereignty of either alliance.

Article II- Peace

Both signatories hereby agree to peace as long as this treaty is in effect, Neither will attack the other whether it be directly, or in the form of aid (monetary or otherwise) to the enemy(s).

Article III- Defence

A) Both signatories are required upon signing of this document to provide military defence to each other, should either be attacked. However should the signatory who is being attacked ask the other to stand down, compliance with the request is mandatory.

B ) Upon request of the signatory under attack, the other must provide financial aid for military purchases and/or reconstruction. Both parties reserve the right to request financial aid even if military defence has not been requested.

C) In the event that the two signatories end up fighting on different sides of any given conflict, due to any other treaty activations, they both hereby agree to maintain a neutral stance toward one another for the duration of the conflict.

D) Should either signatory obtain intelligence that potentially impacts the security of the other, they are required to share the intelligence in a timely manner.

E) In the event that either signatory is brought into a conflict due to a third party activating a treaty, The other has the option of not entering the conflict.

Article IV- Optional Aggression

Neither signatory is required to join, or assist (whether it be with military, monetary, or otherwise) in a conflict which has been started by the other, unless they see fit.

Article V- Cancellation

Should either party feel that they need to withdraw from this agreement, a notice period of 72 hours is required, Withdrawal should be seen as a last resort and only when/if every other option of problem solving has been exhausted should it be considered. Upon cancellation of this document it will become void.

Preamble:
In recognition of the friendship between X-Nations and Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) this Protectorate Declaration is signed

Article I - Sovereignty

1. X-Nations and CRAP will remain sovereign alliances.

Article II - Defense

1. X-Nations is hereafter a protectorate of CRAP; Any attack upon X-Nations will be considered an attack upon CRAP, and will be defended as such by members of CRAP.
2. CRAP is required upon signing of this document to provide military defense to X-Nations, should they be attacked.
3. Should CRAP enter a conflict due to other treaty obligations X-Nations is not required to defend CRAP, but has the option to defend CRAP if they are so willing.

Article III - Aggression

1. X-Nations is not required to join or assist (whether it be with military, monetary, or otherwise) in a conflict which has been started by CRAP, unless they see fit.
2. CRAP is required to join or assist (whether it be with military, monetary, or otherwise) in a conflict which has been started by X-Nations.

Article IV - Communication and Intelligence

1. Any Intelligence relevant to either CRAP or X-Nations will be shared through the correct channels in a speedy and timely manner.
2. Both CRAP and X-Nations agree to treat each other kindly in public and private channels.
3. Both CRAP and X-Nations agree to keep open communication with the other through both embassies and IRC channels.

Article V - Tech selling and Senate Voting

1. X-Nations shall give CRAP exclusive status when considering tech dealing.
2. Any X-Nations member on the Maroon team will vote for whomever CRAP is supporting for Maroon team Senate.

Article VI - Aid

1. X-Nations may ask CRAP financial assistance if it is needed. Both alliances will agree on a timetable to pay back the aid given by CRAP, unless it is waived.
2. Should X-Nations need help with nation building or war preparation, they may request access to any guides and resources CRAP has at its disposal, given they are kept private and used only by X-Nations members.

Article VII ~ Treaties

1. X-Nations are required to bring treaty drafts or any treaty plans to the attention of CRAP government at least one week (seven days) before signing.
2. X-Nations is strongly encouraged to consult with CRAP about any Foreign Affairs plans.

Article VIII ~ Cancellation

1. If either CRAP or X-Nations feels as though they are not family anymore they must give the other a 72 hour warning period before they cancel this treaty.
2. The treaty will remain in effect for the 72 hour period after cancellation.

Are You Jealous Now?


Preamble

This treaty is drafted in good faith and is based upon the ideas of respect, cooperation, and mutual growth and defense. Through Yggdrasil’s Roots and Coalition of Royal Allied Powers hereby set forth the following rules.


Article I – Peace

In the interest of friendly relations, a declaration war by a member of one alliance upon a member of the other alliance is prohibited. Should a state of war arise between two or more constituent members of the signatories, the leaders of both signatories shall strive to negotiate peace. If one of said combatants refuses to abide by the negotiated terms, he/she/it shall be penalised in a manner deemed appropriate by the leaders of both signatories

Members of both alliances have their hands tied to this act of friendship, and sending aid to a nation which is engaged in combat with an unfortunate member of the other alliance is prohibited. Exceptions can be discussed among the leaders of both alliances.


Article II – Intelligence

If one alliance receives information detailing a threat towards the other, they are obliged to inform the other alliance immediately.


Article III – Espionage

Spying on each other is unacceptable and certainly not in the interests of further friendship. If a spy is caught and sufficient evidence is shown, the guilty member will be punished by the alliance of which he or she is a member, as agreed upon by leaders of both alliances.


Article IV – Mutual Defense

In the event that one signatory is attacked by a third party, the attack will be considered an attack on both signatories.

In the event that one alliance enters a war through chains of treaties, that alliance may formally request military and/or financial assistance from the other alliance, but until then, the other alliance is not obliged to assist.

Both alliances shall avoid a situation that will cause the other come into conflict with current treaties or catch the other between Scylla and Charybdis. In the event that other treaty obligations force the signatories to be on opposing sides of a conflict, neither signatory will take arms against the other.


Article V – Cancellation

It is required that before this treaty is cancelled, the leaders of both alliances will discuss the reasons for the consideration of cancelling this treaty, and try to find a solution. If at the end of the discussion, both alliances are unhappy, this treaty will be null and void after twenty-four hours.

A CRAP Business Decision

Preamble:
In the interest of friendship, protection, and guidance The Mafia and the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) agree to the following Protectorate-ODAP agreement.

Article I: Sovereignty
It must be understood that all alliances remain sovereign and independent alliances. This treaty shall not infringe on the sovereignty of either signatory and shall only serve as a written testimony of current relations.

Article II: Durp
Members of the signatory alliances agree to coexist in a state of peace. Said alliances will under no circumstance engage in military actions against the other, nor shall either signatory alliance engage in acts of espionage against the other alliance, nor shall they knowingly render aid and/or intelligence to known enemies of the other. Both signatories will remain respectful towards each other at all times.

Article III. Protection and Defense:
The Mafia is henceforth a protectorate of CRAP. Any attack upon The Mafia will be considered an attack upon CRAP, and will be defended as such by members of CRAP.

Article IV. Optional “Stuff”
In the event that CRAP becomes engaged in a defensive war, The Mafia has the option to come to the defense of CRAP, but this course of action is not obligated. CRAP has the option of aiding The Mafia in an offensive war as long as the criteria stated in Article VI has been met.

Article V. Aid and Progress:
CRAP will aid The Mafia when able to help them grow as an alliance. CRAP assumes the responsibility for the success and growth of their protectorate and will offer all the necessary assistance and guidance that it can provide.

Article VI. War and Treaty Signing:
The Mafia agrees to alert CRAP if they have decided to engage in an offensive war towards another alliance within 48 hours of doing so. The Mafia will never declare war on another alliance without first discussing it with CRAP leadership. The Mafia will also contact CRAP before signing any treaties with other alliances and will discuss such decisions with them. The violation of this article is grounds for the termination of this treaty.

VII. Merging or Disbandment:
In the sad event that The Mafia decides they can no longer function as an alliance, they agree to contact CRAP leadership 48 hours before disbandment or merger actually takes place. Upon doing so, CRAP will discuss other possible courses of action that can be taken instead.

VIII. Termination and Modification:
Amendment or modification of this treaty shall require ratification by both governments as required by their individual constitutions. Violating any article of this treaty, but specifically Article II and Article VI are grounds for termination. If either alliance desires to end this agreement, they shall give the other 72 hours notice prior to ending the treaty, during which time it shall remain in full force. Should The Mafia feel they have outgrown the need for protection and assistance from CRAP, both signatories will discuss a possible upgrade.

The Don't CRAP Where You Eat Treaty

Preamble
Through this Mutual Defense Pact, Asgaard and the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers(CRAP) declare their strong ties of friendship and mutual respect for one another.

I. Sovereignty
The alliances of Asgaard and CRAP agree to respect one another's sovereignty.

II. Mutual Civility
Members of both alliances shall remain civil and respectful of each other at all times, though both signatories agree that debate shall not be stifled by this article when conducted in the spirit of civility.

III. Defense

A. Military Assistance
Should either signatory come under military attack by another alliance, the other signatory is obligated to respond with her full military support, unless specifically requested to stand down by the attacked signatory. In the event that either signatory comes under military attack due to other treaty obligations, than the other signatory may optionally come to their aid with military support.

B. Financial Assistance
In the event that a signatory does not request military support, they may request financial assistance during or after the conflict to aid in reconstruction, though the signatory may by right of this document request both Military and Financial assistance.

C. Intelligence
If either signatory comes into possession of knowledge regarding to the safety and security to the other then it is their obligation to ensure that the knowledge is passed forthwith to the other.

IV: Optional Aggression
If either signatory engages in aggressive action, the other is not obligated to provide military or financial assistance. However, the latter has the option to assist at its own discretion.

V. Cancellation
Any breach of any of the terms listed above may warrant grounds for this treaty's termination. This MDoAP may be terminated at any time during peace, though the withdrawing signatory agrees to notify and uphold the treaty 72 hours in advance.

Inflation's CRAP




PREAMBLE

We the people of CRAP and CoIN in order to form a more perfect friendship, establish tech trading, insure intra alliance tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general piemaking, and secure the blessings of awesomeness to ourselves and our continued friendship, do ordain and establish this Mutual Defense Optional Aggression Pact.


ARTICLE 1: Friendship

I. Members of each signatory are due to respect that any of your own alliance have earned, treat them accordingly. Should this fail to occur, the violation shall be addressed through the proper diplomatic channels in a respectful and proper manner.

II. Each alliance being sovereign from each other, shall remain so throughout the continuity of this agreement.

ARTICLE 2: Military & Aid

I. No member of a signatory shall attack, commit espionage against, nor aid the enemy of a member of the opposite signatory. Should a nation do so, they will be prosecuted in the judiciary of their signatory as if the action had been committed against a member of their own.

II. Any information that crosses a signatory that relates to another signatory shall be passed to that signatory through regular diplomatic channels.

III. Any act of aggression against a member of either signatory is considered a declaration of war on all signatories. All signatories further agree to provide whatever aid is necessary to support the other signatory, whether financial, military, or intelligence.

ARTICLE 3: Free and Fair Trade

I. Both signatories shall grant to each other the status of Favored Free Trade Partner. The nations of the signatories shall be encouraged to deal with one another during the arrangement of technology trades.

II. The Coalition of Independent Nations shall open is Tech Center to CRAP for purposes of posting for tech dealing.

III. In the event a nation taking part in a technology trade violates a contract or otherwise fails to comply with the terms agreed beforehand, the signatories shall make every effort to work together peacefully towards a solution. All trade deals shall be insured by the banks of the signatories, which shall be required to pay restitution to victims of broken contracts should other reasonable actions fail.

Article 4: Optional Aggression

I. CRAP and CoIN may request the assistance of the other signatory with any aggressive military action taken. The other alliance is highly encouraged to participate given a good reason, but not obligated to do so.

ARTICLE 5: Withdrawal

Should it be decided that this agreement no longer represent the interests of the signatories, the negating party shall notify the opposite and provide 72 hours notice of said cancellation. This agreement shall remain in effect during said 72 hour period.

We Need More Semicolons Treaty

Preamble:
Recognizing the longstanding relationship between the Free Alliance of Confederated Nations (FALCON) and the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP); Acknowledging the current state of affairs in Bob's World; and Desiring to continue the aforementioned relationship between CRAP and FALCON; We, the people of CRAP and FALCON do hereby declare that:

Article 1:
FALCON is hereafter a protectorate of CRAP; Any attack upon FALCON will be considered an attack upon CRAP, and will be defended as such by members of CRAP;

Article 2:
In the event FALCON engages in an offensive war in response to another treaty or on their own accord, CRAP military action will be optional;

Article 3:
No clause in this treaty shall obligate FALCON to take up arms in defense of CRAP, nor shall any clause preclude FALCON voluntarily assisting CRAP militarily;

Article 4:
FALCON shall advise CRAP of any other treaty or agreement into which she enters, not sooner than five days prior to the implementation of said treaty or agreement;

Article 6:
FALCON and CRAP shall give each other "favored-nation" status when considering trade agreements, financial and other non-military aid and assistance;

Article 7:
Amendment or modification of this treaty shall require ratification by both governments as required by their individual constitutions; and If either alliance desires to end this agreement, they shall give the other seven days notice prior to ending the treaty, during which time it shall remain in full force.

Preamble:
In recognition of the friendship between The Mafia and Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) this Optional Defense Pact/ PAIT is Signed

Article I ~ Sovereignty and Non-Aggression

1. Both CRAP and The Mafia will remain sovereign alliances with their own governments
2. Both CRAP and The Mafia agree to treat each other as friends and not do anything that would harm the other in public channels of communication

Article II ~ Optional Defense

1. Both CRAP and The Mafia are encouraged but not required to defend
each other from aggressive attacks on the other
2. This does not include Offensive attacks by either signatory


Article III ~ Communication and Intelligence

1. Any Intelligence relevant to either CRAP or The Mafia will be shared through the correct channels in a speedy and timely manner
2. Both CRAP and The Mafia agree to keep open communication with the other through both embassies and IRC channels

Article IV ~ Aid and Trade

1. Both CRAP and The Mafia may request aid from the other party; this is optional but highly encouraged
2. Repayment of aid will be discussed by the alliance leaders or waived altogether
3. CRAP and The Mafia will agree to set up tech circles between the two alliances for the benefit of both parties

Article V ~ Cancellation

1. If either CRAP or The Mafia feels as this agreement is no longer beneficial they must give the other party a 48 hour warning period before cancellation
2. The treaty will remain in effect for the 48 hour period before cancellation

The DANCING MILK IS FOR EVERYONE Treaty

Let it be recorded that the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) and the Federation (TheFed), joined in their common bonds of affection for gyrating containers of dairy consumables, and further entranced by the gleeful stare of the cartons, hereby make this pact of peace, aid and intelligence.

I. Sovereignty

1. Both CRAP and TheFed will remain sovereign entities.

II. Peace

1. Both CRAP and TheFed agree to not engage in military or spy operations against the other, whether aggressive or defensive in nature; an exception being if the action is caused by the activation of a treaty the member holds with another entity.

2. The members of each alliance agree to treat each other as friends and not slander each other in public.

III. Aid

1. Both parties agree to provide whatever financial, technological or military material aid requested by the other, to the best of their abilities, under the following guidelines:

A. Doing so would not violate any treaty held by either party.

B. One party is not currently engaged in war with an ally of the other party.

C. Providing aid would not require the aiding party to engage in direct military conflict with another entity.

2. Repayment of any aid will be negotiated between the leaders of CRAP and TheFed or waved altogether.

IV. Intelligence

1. Both CRAP and TheFed agree to share information gathered about each other, except when doing so violates the provisions of any other treaties held by either party.

2. Except when such an act violates any other treaty held, either CRAP or TheFed may request each others assistance in gathering or analyzing intelligence on a specific target or common enemy.

V. Cancelation

1. Should either CRAP or TheFed start feeling lactose intolerant and need to cancel this treaty a warning period of 72 hours must be given to the other alliance.

2. The treaty will remain in effect through the warning period.

In the event a nation taking part in a technology trade violates a contract or otherwise fails to comply with the terms agreed beforehand, the signatories shall make every effort to work together peacefully towards a solution. All trade deals shall be insured by the banks of the signatories, which shall be required to pay restitution to victims of broken contracts should other reasonable actions fail.

ARTICLE 4: Withdrawal

Should it be decided that this agreement no longer represent the interests of the signatories, the negating party shall notify the opposite and provide 72 hours notice of said cancellation. This agreement shall remain in effect during said 72 hour period.
