Preamble

In the interest of creating the perfect little puppies, Through Yggdrasil's Roots (TYR) and Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) mixed sugar, spice and everything nice into a soup bowl, but Professor Utonium accidentally added Chemical Maroon.  Thus, the Powerful and Fluffy Puppies were born!  Using their ultra super powers, Madelline, Marie and Manda has dedicated their lives to fighting crimes for TYR and CRAP!  This document is the agreement between TYR and CRAP on sharing peace, intelligence and aid.  Wait, what?!  I thought it was about the perfect little puppies?!

Article I: Peace

"Have no fear, the powerful and fluffy puppies are here!  Using our ultra super powers, we will make sure there is peace between TYR and CRAP.  Should one of them slip out, we'll just use the hammer of justice, k?"

Article II: Intelligence

"Oh, TYR and CRAP will share intelligence with each other, alright."

Article IV: Cancellation

Powerful and Fluffy Puppies sez, "If TYR and CRAP ever decides that they no longer need each other anymore, they will give us a forty eight hour notice before canceling the this treaty..."

Marie sez, "Or I'll bite them where it hurts the most."

57th Overlanders - Coalition of Royal Allied Power Mutual Defense Pact
AKA the "Oh. Yeah, just step around that. I think something must've been living in here." Treaty


Preamble

Let it be known that on this day the alliances known as the 57th Overlanders (the 57th) and the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) come together to express and solidify their bonds of friendship in this Mutual Defence Pact.

Article I

Friendly fire isn't...

As the 57th and CRAP are willing to stand by each other in the face of an enemy onslaught it goes without saying that both parties agree to refrain from attacking, spying or insulting members of the other alliance. If any member does one of the above things or commits an act that is offensive to the other signatory then the alliance to which that nation belongs must take disciplinary action.

Article II

We don't let our buddies get shot...

If either signatory receives intelligence that in any way constitutes a threat to the other signatory then the information must be turned over to the other signatory's government immediately.

Article III

Sometimes we have to carry each other... we were probably out drinking the night before anyway...

If either nation requires aid for any reason they may ask the other signatory to provide it and they are obligated to provide the aid to the best of their ability or until the financial matter has been resolved. If the signatory that has been asked for aid cannot provide the full amount they must provide as much as they are able to.

Article IV

Treacherous folk out there... we shoot them if they shoot us, okay?

Under the terms of this treaty an attack upon one signatory is an attack upon the other and both alliances must defend each other from foreign aggressors. When one nation is attacked the other nation must provide military and financial aid to the nation being attacked as soon as is possible.

Article V

We don't like you anymore.

If either signatory violates one of the Articles of this treaty or acts in a way that is counter to the friendly intent of this treaty then this treaty shall be rendered immediately null and void. If either signatory wishes to cancel this agreement they must provide 72 (seventy two) hours notice to the other alliance's government.

This treaty is signed and agreed upon in good faith codifying the historic friendship of the  Coalition of Royal Allied Powers and the Coalition of Independent Nations.

ARTICLE 1: Peace & Friendship

i.Members of each signatory are due to respect that any of your own team have earned, treat them accordingly. Should this fail to occur, the violation shall be addressed through the proper diplomatic channels in a respectful and proper manner.
ii.Each alliance being sovereign from each other, shall remain so throughout the continuity of this agreement.
iii.No member of a signatory shall attack, commit espionage against, nor aid the enemy of a member of the opposite signatory. Should a nation do so, they will be prosecuted in the judiciary of their signatory as if the action had been committed against a member of their own. Further to said punitive measures, reparations shall be made for all damages by the aggressor nation.

ARTICLE 2: Intelligence, Aid & Optional Defense

i.Any information that crosses a signatory, that may be deemed valuable to the other signatory, shall be passed through regular diplomatic channels to ensure the fair sharing of information.
ii.No signatory of this treaty is obligated to come to the defense of another signatory of this treaty. However, should a signatory alliance request defensive military assistance, the other signatory alliances are encouraged to consider it and may use this treaty as legal justification for entering a conflict at another signatory's defense.
iii.No signatory of this treaty is obligated to come to the monetary or military aid of another signatory of this treaty. However, should a signatory alliance request monetary or military aid, the other signatories are encouraged to consider the request.

ARTICLE 3: Free and Fair Trade

i.Both signatories shall grant to each other the status of a Favored Free Trade Partner. The nations of the signatories shall be encouraged to deal with one another during the arrangement of technology trades.
ii.The Coalition of Independent Nations shall open is Tech Center to the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers  for purposes of posting for tech dealing.
iii.In the event a nation taking part in a technology trade violates a contract or otherwise fails to comply with the terms agreed beforehand, the signatories shall make every effort to work together peacefully towards a solution. All trade deals shall be insured by the banks of the signatories, which shall be required to pay restitution to victims of broken contracts should other reasonable actions fail.

ARTICLE 4: Withdrawal & Legalities

Should it be decided that this agreement no longer represent the interests of the signatories, the negating party shall notify the opposite and provide 48 hours notice of said cancellation. This agreement shall remain in effect during said 48 hour period. This treaty overrides Non-aggression pacts and Treaties of Amity.

PAIT Treaty

Preamble

The Alliances of the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) and United under Scorn (US) agree to the following terms of non-aggression, intelligence and aid upon the signing of this document:

Article I
CRAP and US shall remain sovereign and independent of each other.

Article II
CRAP and US agree not to declare war upon the other, not to encourage any other nation or alliance to declare war on the other and not to allow the individual nations within each alliance to declare war or encourage others to declare war on the individual nations of the other alliance. By the signing of this pact, it is also agreed that disputes between CRAP and US or between the memberships in each alliance shall be resolved through diplomatic channels.

Section 1 of Article II
If any member nation of either CRAP or US declares war on a member of the other alliance for any reason, the nation must offer peace within 24 hours and pay reparations no less than one hundred percent (100%) of the damages caused by any attack(s). There may also be other consequences as agreed to between the leaders of CRAP and US. The victim (i.e. the nation that was attacked first) of such attack(s) shall not retaliate by military, tech raid or the use of spies for twenty four (24) hours following notification to their alliance of the war. The purpose of not returning the military attack or allow spies is to provide time for a diplomatic solution. If the defending nation or an alliance member responds to the attack in any of the above ways, all reparations will be void unless otherwise agreed between the leaders of both CRAP and US.

Section 2 of Article II
Member nations of both alliances may not offer foreign aid to the nations engaged in war during the 24 hour period.

Section 3 of Article II
Failure of the attacking nation to offer reparations for damages as outlined above will result in the nation being expelled from its alliance unless otherwise agreed between the leaders of each alliance. The leaders of each alliance shall take into account (but are not required to follow) the wishes of the nation attacked when determining any alternative consequence.

Section 4 of Article II
The use of nuclear weapons from one member of either alliance on the other voids this agreement immediately.

Section 5 of Article II
Neither alliance or their membership will make negative or otherwise provocative comments and/or actions regarding the other in any public fashion or attempt to recruit a nation from the others alliance into their own.

Article III
Neither alliance will engage in espionage against the other, allow any member nation to do the same or encourage any non-member nation to do the same. CRAP and US agree that should either receive information that indicates a breach of the other's security or a threat to the others welfare, then they shall notify the leadership of the other alliance through secure channels immediately.

Article IV
Should either CRAP or US takes any action against any other alliance or nation not signatory to this treaty, the other alliance is under no obligation to support or participate. However, both CRAP and US may send financial and/or military assistance to the other if requested in the case of war or for any other reason. This assistance will be considered free and clear of any future obligation unless otherwise agreed.

Article V
Neither alliance nor their membership shall aid any other nation or alliance that is currently at war with the other alliance or an individual nation within the alliance or has been declared an enemy of the alliance by the leadership of the alliance. It is the responsibility of the leadership of CRAP and US to keep the other informed regarding these specific nations and/or alliances.

Article VI
CRAP and US encourage tech deals to be established between the memberships of both alliances. Both agree that their members will treat those of the other alliance, when making these deals in a fair and professional manner. Any disputes, if they arise, shall be dealt with through diplomatic channels.

Article VII
Both CRAP and US agree that the leadership of either alliance may elect to revoke this treaty for any reason by giving 72 hours or more notice to the leadership of the other alliance. This may happen sooner if agreed between the leadership.

Definition of certain words:

The word "shall" as used above means that it is required. The word "may" as used above means that it is an option but not a requirement. The word "leadership" or "leader" refers to the rulers who sign this treaty or the person currently in the position that was held by one of the people who signed below.

HOLY $4!7[SMOKES]! Another CRAP-alluding treaty?

Post Scriptum: After we’ve begun I would like to thank the following alliances for all the work they put into this treaty;
Phoenix Police Force (PhPF-ceased to exist)-Without them guys Krinkle/Tehol would probably have met BobTaco/Chuck Normis, or Matthewbaer.
Cool Rats and People/Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP)- They were only necessary so that this was actually a treaty and not an extra piece of legislation for ACF (LOL)
Total Liberation Front (ACF)- Necessary for the pure awesomeness provided. =]

Article IV- Miscellaneous (these ones aren’t as fun to put in “N” words =])

iii.---ANY digression from the terms results in immediate cancellation of it, unless both alliances agree that they can move on and forget about it.
ii.--- ANY information relating to the other alliance that a signatory stumbles upon, or is given, must and will be relayed to the other alliance.
i.----This treaty is in accordance with the ACF charter (particularly the article on treaties)

Article III- “N” Words (Nukes, Non-Aggression, Nullification, Nammendments)

v.--Teh Elves cannot attack any of CRAP’s friendlies, nor can CRAPpy fellows attack Elven friendlies. To make sure of this, all signatories will provide the other signatories with a list of their allies. Teh Elven one is here(Non-Aggression)
iv.--No Elf shall clean up CRAP, nor shall CRAP dirty an Elf(Non-aggression)
iii.--Nuclear weapons may only be used in retaliation(in defense of them), with consent from a MoW(or equivalent) or a member of the Triumvirate(or equivalent). The MoW or member of the Triumvirate must be in the alliance of the nation they are granting permission to use nuclear force.(Nukes)
ii.--To leave the treaty a signatory must provide 48 hours notice.(Nullification)
i.---Amendments to this treaty require a vote in favour from both CRAP and ACF, using whatever means their charter requires to reach this opinion.(Nammendments)

Article II-Once Activated

i.---Once activated, the attacked alliance must inform the other alliance of the treaty's activation.
ii.---Once informed, the informed must take their strongest military action against the attackers, for the attacked alliance(including use of in-game spies, but not spying as in posing as the enemy to gain intelligence).
iii.--If the informed alliance does not wish to partake in strong military actions, they may instead choose to aid the attacked signatories with money(to the best of their ability).
iv.--Soldiers or technology may be aided as a third option, but only if an agreement is made with the informed and the to be attacked.

Article I-Treaty Activation

This treaty may be activated with an attack upon a signatory. Any signatory may exercise their right to activate it upon their attack.

Non-Aggression Pact between the Fifth Column Confederation and the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers
Preamble
To further Peace and Good Relations, the Fifth Column Confederation (FCC) and the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) agree to the following Terms of Non-Aggression:


Article I: Scope of the Agreement[list=1]

• In the signing of this pact, it must be clear that both alliances remain sovereign as do the members in each alliance.
• In the event that either alliance enters into a state of war with a third party, the other alliance is not obligated to participate for either side.

Article II: Prohibition of War[list=1]

• No member nation of the FCC shall declare war on any member nation of the CRAP.
• No member nation of the CRAP shall declare war on any member nation of the FCC.
• Should a member nation of one alliance attack a member nation of the other alliance, the leaders of the attacking nation's alliance must issue a statement that the attacker acted without the consent of their alliance, within 24 hours of notice being sent to the leadership of the attacking nation's alliance.
• For the purposes of this agreement, any message will be considered 'sent to the leadership' of an alliance if it is posted in the embassy of the sending alliance on the receiving alliance's private forum, or if it is directly relayed to the chief executive or the head of foreign affairs of the receiving alliance, or if it is directly relayed to the diplomat or diplomats assigned by the receiving alliance to the sending alliance, and it shall only be considered 'directly relayed' if the receiving party acknowledges receipt of the message.
• In case of failure on the part of the attacking nation's alliance to meet with the notification requirement of Article II, Section 3, the defending nation's alliance is free to assume that this treaty has been violated and that a state of war exists between the two alliances.
• Both before and during the 24 hour notification period, as described in Article II, Section 3, the attacked nation shall not engage in retaliatory attacks against the attacking nation.
• The attacking nation's alliance is responsible for war reparations at least equal to the losses suffered by the attacked nation, less any losses suffered on the part of the attacking nation should the attacked nation fail to comply with Article II, Section 6.
• If the attacked nation is not readily identifiable as a member of its alliance - either through use of the alliance affiliation field or the nation bio field - the attacking nation shall not be held responsible for reparations for any damages done prior to learning of the attacked nation's alliance membership.

Article III: Restrictions on Aid[list=1]

• No member nation of the FCC shall provide aid - be it military, financial, or technological - to enemies of the CRAP.
• No member nation of the CRAP shall provide aid - be it military, financial, or technological - to enemies of the FCC.
• For the purposes of this agreement, enemies of the FCC (or the CRAP) shall be defined as those nations and alliances who are in a state of war with the FCC (or the CRAP).
• For the purposes of this agreement, reparations paid in pursuit of peace shall not be defined as aid.
• For the purposes of this agreement, should a member nation of either alliance provide aid to an enemy of the other alliance, this shall be considered an attack on the other alliance, and all the rules laid out in Article II shall apply, with the required war reparations being at least equal to the amount used in the aid attack.

Article IV: Cancellation of Treaty[list=1]

• This treaty may be cancelled, for any reason, and at any time, by the method of decision making among either alliance.
• Notification of cancellation must be sent to the leadership of the other alliance within 24 hours, and for this purpose the rules laid out in Article II, Section 4 shall apply.
• Should this treaty be cancelled by either alliance, a 24 hour grace period shall begin, during which neither alliance may declare war on the other.

Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) & the United Blue Directorate (UBD) agree to follow the following terms and conditions for a Non Aggression Pact:

Article 1. CRAP and UBD agree to not commit acts of aggression against each other (Acts of aggression are any of the following: Declaring wars offensively against one another, committing acts of espionage against one another, aiding the enemies of one another, or trade and/or aid sanctions).

Article 2. Member nations of either alliance may not offer foreign aid to nations engaged in war with the other alliance. Any nation that offers such aid must make arrangements for an offer of foreign aid to the other party, equal to the original aid to the enemy nation.

Article 3. Neither alliance shall engage in or endorse military action against the other signatory. If a nation is found in violation of this they will be ordered to offer peace and reparations equivalent to 2 times the total damages inflicted. The Defending nation is permitted two counterattacks for each attack committed by the aggressor without any obligation to pay reps for the damages, and the aggressor nation will still be required to pay full reparation in the amount designated by this article. Should an offending nation refuse to offer peace and agree on terms of reparations they will be declared a rogue and will no longer be offered the protection of either alliance.

Article 4. In the event that either signatory alliance is found to be aiding the enemies of the other signatory the treaty immediately becomes null and void.

Article 5. If either signatory is provided or discovers information that is a security risk or otherwise intends harm to the other signatory they must turn said information over to the other party immediately upon receiving it, failure to do so will be considered an act of espionage against the other party and the treaty is null and void.

Article 6. This treaty may be terminated by notifying the other signatory followed by a 72 hour mandatory truce.

Archives / Protectorate Agreement with RIA

Preamble:

Coalition of Royal Allied Powers, hereby known as CRAP, and the Random Insanity Alliance, hereby known as RIA, acknowledge their friendship through this treaty. Both CRAP and RIA are to remain sovereign, and commit to peaceful relations and mutual respect. The following is a Protectorate agreement between the two alliances; CRAP and RIA, to ensure that CRAP can grow and prosper, and eat lots and lots of pie.



Article I:

CRAP agrees that they will become a protectorate of the RIA. RIA will come to the aid of the CRAP in all defensive wars that CRAP gets involved in. Both alliances are to still remain sovereign.

Article II

Because CRAP is pretty much the only one benefiting from this, in return we will vote for whoever is currently running for Maroon Team Senate. This way, RIA benefits as well.

Article III

RIA agrees to help CRAP in any defensive wars that they get involved in, providing CRAP have a legitimate reason for fighting. RIA will give aid, financially and military to CRAP should they require it.  If by some strange twist of fate RIA actually needs help fighting a war, CRAP may help by joining in on the battle, or by providing both financial and military aid as well.

Article IV:

CRAP may do as they wish foreign affair wise, however, if CRAP wishes to sign any sort of a pact with any other alliance, it is required that CRAP discusses the matter with RIA, just so that everybody knows what is going on.

Article V:

If either CRAP or RIA wish to establish trade relations by either asking for trades or establishing a Trade Circle with each other, they may feel free to do so.

Article VI

If CRAP has a situation that they don’t know how to resolve, CRAP may ask the RIA for advice on how to solve their problem. This is just to insure that CRAP can run as efficiently as possible.

Article VII:

All agreements made in the PIAT that CRAP and RIA has together still stand.

Article VIII: Void

This Treaty/Pact may be declared void, should either CRAP or RIA wish for it to end. For it to be declared void, one or both alliances must tell one another that they wish for it to be void, and provide a reason why they wish to end this Treaty/Pact.

Article IX: To sum it all up

Upon the signing of this document, both parties agree to all articles above, which basically says (in a long and drawn out process) that Coalition of Royal Allied Powers will become a protectorate of the Random Insanity Alliance.

The CRAPy Little PAIT with SOUL

Preamble:

Coalition of Royal Allied Powers, hereby known as CRAP, and the Sentinels of Unity and Liberty, hereby known as SOUL, acknowledge their friendship through this treaty of peace, intelligence, and aid. Both CRAP and SOUL are to remain sovereign, and commit to peaceful relations and mutual respect.

Article I: Peace

Both signatories agree not to commit in hostile actions against the other party. Hostile actions include: aid and support of one's enemies, open warfare, espionage, threats, and negative/provocative comments and/or actions during public discourse.

Article II: Intelligence

Both parties agree to share any and all relevant information concerning the welfare of either signatory. Giving false information shall be considered a delinquency of this treaty, making it void.

Article III: Aid

Both signatories may request aid, rather it be financial or military, through formal private channels. While such requests are optional, they are highly encouraged. Mutual assistance is encouraged as well.


Article V: Cancellation

Both signatories agree to give a 72 hour notice in the event of the cancellation of this official and precious document. These 72 hours is a grace period and both parties must not attack each other in any way listed above until those hours expire.

Preamble
To protect and maintain the prosperous relations and views of our alliances from aggressors, The Commonwealth and Cool Rats and People agree to the following terms of mutual defense.

Article I
In the signing of this pact, it must be clear that both organizations will remain sovereign, as will the members in each alliance.

Article II
In the signing of this pact, both sides agree to defend and aid one another in times of war when requested by the other signatory alliance. They also agree that nations of either signatory alliance will not attack a member of another signatory alliance. Should a nation attack a nation in the other signatory alliance, they will be forced to stop immediately and pay fair reparations for the damage they have done. Should either of the signatory alliances be attacked by another power, the other is required to come to its assistance with its full strength and resources. It must also be clear that this pact is intended to only defend the safety and prosperity of the signatory alliances, and not as a tool to aid in any imperialistic goals of either alliance. To prevent such events from occurring, this pact may be broken to further protect and maintain both alliance's safety and integrity (See Article IV). If there is ever a conflict of interests between multiple MDPs, neutrality is the only option

Article III
This pact may be broken for the reasons hereby outlined in this article. First, if one of the signatory alliances commits an act of aggression that is considered by the other alliance to be motivated only by imperialistic goals. Second, if one of the signatory alliances performs acts of espionage or other forms of foul play against another alliance. Third, if one of the signatory alliances commits or officially sanctions any act, be it military or verbal that is considered immoral by the other signatory alliance. If any of these conditions are met, it is reason for the offended signatory alliance to declare a termination of the pact.

Article IV
If this pact is to be broken, both signatory alliances must agree to, but are not limited to, the following. First, the offended alliance must notify the offending alliance of their intentions to break the pact at least 24 hours in advance in order for said alliance time to prepare for the change. Second, both alliances agree to a 72-hour period of mandatory non-aggression, in which neither side may declare war upon each other.

Conclusion
This mutual defense pact between The Commonwealth and Cool Rats And People is signed in good faith. This pact is considered superior to and can override any standard Non-Aggression Pact if ever there is a conflict of interest between them.

Preamble
CRAP and UMC nations agree to the following terms of non-aggression, to further peace and good relations.

Article I
Both alliances remain sovereign and independent of each other, as do the members in each alliance. Due so by the signing of this pact, both parties state that they will not declare war upon the other. If any member of either alliance does so declare war, they must offer peace immediately, as well as reparations no less than one hundred percent (100%) of the damages caused by any attacks. Also the alliance of the aggressor may aid so long as the state of war exists. The victim of such attacks may not retaliate in any way for twenty-four hours following notification to their alliance of the war. This will be to allow time for diplomatic resolution. However, if the defending nation, or alliance member attacks, the reparations will hereby be void.

Article II
Member nations of either alliance may not offer foreign aid to nations engaged in war with the other alliance. Any nation that offers such aid must make arrangements for an offer of foreign aid to the other party, equal to 115% of the original aid to the enemy nation. This is to ensue that the other nation has an equal chance if aid is given.

Article III
Failure of the alliance/attacking nation to offer reparations for damages/equivalent aid, as outlined in Articles I and II, will result in immediate disciplinary action by that nation's alliance, with the primary punishment being expulsion within a twenty-four hour (24) time span.

Article IV
Neither alliance will engage in espionage against the other. Any member nation of either party discovered to be spying upon the other, whether through deceit, coercion, or other means, is required to be immediately expelled from their alliance. Should either party receive information that indicates a breach of the other's security, they must notify the other alliance through secure channels immediately.

Article V
Either alliance may elect to revoke this treaty at any time; in the circumstance, that the other must be notified within twenty-four (24) hours. Furthermore, failure of either party to comply with the terms of Articles III or IV may result in the immediate revocation of this treaty, at the other party's discretion. Should this treaty be so revoked by either alliance, a seventy-two hour grace period begins in which neither alliance may declare/threaten war on the other, after which no such rules apply.

Article VI
Should either party take any action, aggressive or defensive, against any alliance or nation not signatory to this treaty, the other party is under no obligation to support or participate, unless so required under other agreements.

Article VII
Neither alliance shall attack an alliance of which the other has a pact with if this does happen the alliance with the pact may break this without warning if peace is not immeditaly declared.

Preamble

-This Optional Defence Pact has been written with the intent to display the ever-growing friendship between the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) And R&R.

Sovereignty

-Each of the signatories recognizes the right of the other to exercise their own rules and regulations within their respective alliances, and that each alliance is a separate group.

Peace & Intelligence

-Both Signatories agree to maintain peaceful relations by showing no aggression towards one another, whether it be an attack or support for any of the other's known enemies.

-Should either alliance obtain information critical to the other's well-being, this information is to be shared with the other alliance as soon as possible

Optional Defense

-Both Signatories have the right to ask the other to come to their defence should either be attacked; however defence is optional--should the request be declined, that decision must be respected without question.

Cancellation

-Should either signatory choose to withdraw from this pact, said signatory must give a notice of 72 hours.

-Both signatories recognize that this document is still in effect until the 72 hour notice period has been completed, after which it will become void.
